Unexpected mashup error when changing type from DateTime to DateTimeZone in Power Query

 

Hi, 

 

I importing data from a Postgres DB.DatesDates

 

 

In Power Query when trying to change the type of the date coloumn from DateTime to DateTimeZone - I get the following unexpected error:

Any suggestion as to how I might be ablet to fix it?
