Thank you for taking the time to read my question.
I'm using an existing Dataflow that loads an Excel sheet into a Dataverse Table. It works great. I have added two new columns to my Excel sheet (Latitude and Longitude) and have updated my Flow, however it fails to run.
Is the data type in my Power Query correct? Anything else I should be changing?

According to the screenshots you provided,I think your Number type column must have a value "CAY1A"
As I tested below:
You could remove error rows, or use try ...catch... to fix the error:
