Unable to refresh Excel file via PowerQuery on another laptop

I have an excel file, which is connected via powerquery to another excel file (source file). Both excel files are on my personal onedrive. The path is currently directed to the local drive on my computer. I understand i need to change the path from my local drive to a web link by doing the following:

1. Open source file, info tab, copy path

2. Go back to excel file, get data from web input copied link from source file

3. Sign in from organizational account

However, i'm having trouble signing in to my organization. I am getting this error: "We were unable to connect because this credential type isn't supported for this resource. Please choose another credential type."

I've also tried following this approach, but I still get the same error.
