Unable to load the visual

Hi, I am unable to load visuals for donut chart & matrix chart . I have experienced the following error. Could someone please assist or suggest any solutions for the same.

That looks like SQL Server error number 8623. So is this a DirectQuery model? If so troubleshoot with the PBI desktop performance analyzer and see what kind of SQL queries it's generating.

I have checked the performance analyzer and I could see that it is generating direct query and normal query
