Per the subject, I'm no longer able to connect to data in our Zendesk instance using the current content pack. Doing so gives the following error:
Interestingly, I CAN connect using PowerBI Desktop, but that obviously doesn't get me any of the dashboards or online scheduled updates. Checking in Zendesk, the account in use is an admin and properly gets assigned the per user OAUTH token, so that doesn't seem to be the issue. ANyone have any ideas of what else I can do to troubleshoot?

If this is still actual, you can consider a paid alternative to connect and load Zendesk data to Power BI - Power BI Connector.

Generally for these kinds of things in the Service all you can do is send a frowny face or open a Support ticket, support.power.com.
