Unable to link ACC Data Connector

I would like to connect Data Connector from ACC as a data source, see first and second images for reference. I downloaded the templates from the ACC site, (third image), and I followed the steps, except when it comes to linking the Account Name, it shows the fourth image. Any reason i may be getting this error? I have the correct permissions from ACC, what is required, just the Account Name as its shown in ACC correct?

    Hi Anonymous 

     

    This template has been updated to v1.3. Please download the new version and try it again. If it still fails, you can go to its provider's support website to seek for support: https://construction.autodesk.com/support/. It is provided and maintained by Autodesk.

      Hi v-jingzhang 

       

      Thank you for the reply, I should have clarified, I am trying to use the "BIM360 Data Connector-Admin dashboard-v1.01", the image i posted was just from the microsoft guide on using the connector. As a side note, why would some of the templates be listed as ACC, while others are BIM360?
