Unable to install On-premises data gateway

Did you solve this? I'm having the same problem.
Unfortunately not - I’ve asking Microsoft about it and they haven’t gone back to me. It’s stoping me using the azure platform and costing them money.
I have sent the collected log to senior engineers to investigate this issue. Will let you know when I get the information.

Please try the latest on-premise data gateway( https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=53127&751be11f-ede8-5a0c-058c-2ee190a24fa6=True ). If issue persists, please share the on-premise data gateway log files and event log with us.

Qiuyun YuI got it fixed after installing it on a non-domain PC and opening the relevant ports on the firewall. Problem solved.
