Unable to get data from on-prem shareporint list

I have a custom list in on-prem shareporint in office. When I try to connect via organizational account (my office account) I get the error:

Hi koshur,

 

Have you tried using Window Authentication? Does it work with Window Authentication?:smileyhappy:

    I tried, it doesnt work. Says unable to authenticate. SO here's what i have in office:

     

    1. Domain user id (i use this to unlock my office windows laptop) - cdhbe2u9 *(ABCCorp/cdhbe2u9)
    2. Password - sample@123
      Domain       - abccorp
    3. On my iphone: [email protected]
    4. Password: sample@123
      Domain: abccorp

      (all office emails come here)
    5. email: [email protected]
    6. password:sample@123

      As v-ljerr-msft has already been mentioned try using the Windows Authentication. You should be able to use your current credentials. If that fails try one of the credentials that you've mentioned.

        Let me rephrase my point with screensots for all senarios. Nothing works! (FYI - i am the owner of this sharepoint site with full access)
