perpor,
What error message do you get when you write a query in Power BI Desktop? In your scenario, please make sure the following things.
1. Ensure that you use the latest version of Power BI Desktop(2.50.4859.502).
2. Ensure that the query you write runs without issues in SQL Server Management Studio.
3. Specify machine name\instance name or IP\instance name as Server when connecting to SQL Server in Power BI Desktop.

Error is always:
"Microsoft SQL: A network-related or instance-specific error occurred while establishing a connection to SQL Server.
The server was not found or was not accessible. Verify that the instance name is correct and that SQL Server is configured to allow
remote connections. (provider: SQL Network Interfaces, error: 26 - Error Locating Server/Instance Specified)"and I have verified many times the points 1., 2., 3., always ok
