Unable to add custom columns with the SAP Database

I have loaded the dataset from the SAP Database and I wanted to add a custom column based on the columns that I retrieve from the DB. Once issue that I see is, as soon as I add the column in the power query using add column and load the data in desktop it throws an error like the "OLE DB or ODBC error as the column name is invalid" . Instead when I do not add any custom column it doesn't throw any error. What could be the possibility?

Hi @sid-poly

The error meaasge said that the column name is invalid, please check the column name is right, or check if the column is existed in the data source, if the column is not existed in the data source, it may lead to the problem, try to remove the permission of the data source, and connect the data source again.
