Unable to Get File Names and other details From Sharepoint List

Hello All,

Thank you for seeing my Post.

We are trying to get the all the Files from the sharepoint List and we are getting the information as below

and we used----->

Json.Document(Web.Contents(siteurl, [RelativePath = "_api/web/lists/GetByTitle('" & listname & "')/items?$select=ID&$orderby=ID%20desc&$top=1", Headers = [Accept = "application/json"]]))[value]{0}[ID]

 to get all the data .

Can Someone help me to get the files Names and Readable Content (Just like we see on the Sharepoint UI) from the above screenshot.
