Turn off table inference

I have a json document that is an array of arrays. I dont want to flatten this. The problem is that sometimes there is 1 array within the array, sometimes there is more. If there is 1, power query flattens the whole thing to be an array of objects. How can I turn this annoying "feature" off?

I realise I can just do an if statement to test if power query gives an array of arrays or array of objects but this is messy and I'd like to prevent any further phantom transformations to my data.

Thanks!

Hi, @Kurren ;

If you're trying to load a JSON Lines file, the following sample M code converts all JSON Lines input to a single flattened table automatically:

You'll then need to use an Expand operation to combine the lines together.
