Trying to Divide a calculated column with a grouped column. It worked for one column, but not now.

It's a circular dependency so it's like:
ColumnA depends on ColumnB which depends on ColumnA
It's not clear from what you've posted but look at the calculated columns and how they depend on each other.
The full error message will help you but sometimes these things can be hard to decipher.
