Transformar 1 Coluna em 3 colunas Power Query

Olá, 

Tenho uma base em txt exemplo abaixo, como faço para transformar ela com 3 colunas, Nome, Telefone, Cidade.

 

Name1

telefone1

cidade1

-

Name2

telefone 2

cidade 2

-

Name3

telefone 3

cidade 3

-

Quero que fique assim:
