Transform coulumns to rows with cell values

I'm pleasure to be here first time.

I have problem with transforming call off file to be accetable by Power BI.

Root querry is below:

Could somebody help me to change to table below with 3 coulumns: Data from first coulumn i raw file, Item from Coulumns name (about 240 coulumns), Quantity: number of exact cell refer to data and item
