Track PO status and Date for pervious dates

I have a excel data source which has a column to track the status of Po. For example created, WIP, Rejected, Invoiced , closed. This status of Po is changing everyday in the same column. I want to tracfk the status change with date and time. For example if today po -124 is created ,BI need to record the status with todays date and if tommorrow the status is rejected then Bi to appened it with date.

from created to closed

    Please post your table with dummy data and explain the result expected with respect to table posted.

    I have a requirement to perform a kind of incremental refresh (not the same).

    Requirement - I have PO number in a coloumn the stauts of it changes everyday. The data source is not having the historical changes happened (cant see what was the status yesterday)
    Power BI has to keep the status of the particular PO with history. Refer below table.
