Try the following codes:
= Time.Second([Total Talk])+Time.Minute([Total Talk])*60+Time.Hour([Total Talk])*60*60It takes hours and minutes and converts them into seconds, adding the original seconds.

I would transform each datetime to a decimal number, and then multiply the result by 86400.
