Do you mean that when you pin the visual to dashboard, the format changes? Or when you share the dashboard to other users, users note that the format is changed.
In addition, for language setting in Power BI Service, I use"Default(browser language)".

Yes, that's what I mean. The format changes when I pin the visual to dashboard. Once it changes, the other users see it with the wrong format.
I tried the language setting "Default(browser language)" in Power BI Service, but the result was the same.
