Hi all
I am using Dynamics AX user and new to power bi. In my power bi desktop , i have created the report and published.
While i am checking my - manage gateway ...Data source is connected.
But while trying to access in "get data " option getting above issue.
Hi @venjoy143,
After publish the report to service, to configure the dataset to use data gateway, you need to make sure the SSAS data source created under data gateway use the same connection information as defined in desktop. Then go to the dataset settings to check if data gateway is available. If you connect to SSAS in Import mode, it should be below:
Regarding the error in first image when you get data from SSAS in Power BI service, I would suggest you update the data gateway to the latest version. Then go to Manage Gateways, re-entering the credential for the SSAS data source again, though connection is successful.
Best Regards,
