There was a problem opening your dataflow

Hi,

I created a Dataflow for PowerBI, it works perfectly fine when I open it but when I ask another user to open it, it gives him the error below:

Please note that he is already an admin in the Data Source and in the Workspace as well.

Kindly help, thanks!

    Hi Anonymous ,

Based on the status code, 401 means unauthorized in power bi.

Please check whether he has acceess of source dataflow, not only the members of workspace and gateways.

Also, if he is a user which is outside your tenant, he could not visit your tenant dataflow.

Here is the simliar issue that you can refer: Can I share a "linked dataflow" hosted in another workspace?

    Hi v-yingjl ,

How do I check if he has permission to the source dataflow? Where is that particular settings?

Also, how can I check if he is outside our tenant? His email address is @careinternal.org while mine is @care.org. But we are on the same CARE Network. Please enlighten me.

    Thank you!
