When trying to install the personal gateway for Power BI, I keep receiving the error message:
"The Personal gateway installer failed to download.
The remote server returned an error: (503) Server Unavailable."
I thought it might be our corporate network blocking the connection but a colleague tried to install over internet from her home connection and she was receiving the same error message.
Any ideas where I should start to fix this problem?

Last week I tried the Firewall or Proxy test that recently was posted on the Power BI site:
https://powerbi.microsoft.com/en-us/documentation/powerbi-gateway-onprem-tshoot/#firewall-or-proxy
The test did not show any problems with the firewall.
I then downloaded the most recent version of the Gateway and the install was successful. I do now know what changed that caused the install to work, when previously it had not.
Thank you for your assistance. I appreciate your time on this.
Hi @Mihalko,
Please try to download the PowerBIGatewayInstall.exe from this site. When you check the personal gateway and run this .exe file, please use Fiddler to trace http traffic.
