Text and Number Value in Pivot table

Good evening, 

I have a pivot table that pulls through both numbers and text, no matter what I try it doesnt pull through the text as well as numbers.  the circle below indicates where it should be text value. The data type is set to text 

is this possible?

Do you use Power Pivot or Pivot tables in Excel?

If it's related to Pivot tables in Excel, then it's not the right form to get it solution.

If you are using Power Pivot and power query this should not be the case if data type set as Text.

Share some screen shot of the power query data preview It will help us understand your exact issue.
