Text Analytics API - "We couldn't authenticate with the credentials provided. Please try again."
I have been at this error for longer than I'd care to state.
I'm simply trying to applly the Text Analystics API to an Excel file. My goal is to extract key words from each comma divided cell.
I am attempting to access the web content "Anonymously" as this guide states.
The key from the cognitive services dashboard was also placed within the code so I'm sure it cannot be that.
Please help me.

Firstly, please check if the network or firewall you are using has restrictions on accessing the service on azure.
In addition, you could try anohter IP account to have access the Text Analytics API. This error may also occur if the requests by a single user exceeds the limit too much. Please have a reference of this document.
