Hi,
I have data stored on a Cassandra database and I'd like to know these two points:
1. Is it possible to take data from Cassandra in Power BI? I haven´t seen an available connector to do so.
2. In case that it is possible to take data from Cassandra, would it be possible too to schedule a programmed refresh of the data? I have checked this page of the official Power BI documentation: https://docs.microsoft.com/es-es/power-bi/refresh-data but I haven't found what I was looking for.
Many thanks for yur help.
Regards

Hi @Anonymous ,
There is no direct Cassandra database connector in Power BI currently.
By my research, you could try with ODBC driver to connect Cassandra database in Power BI.
For the detail steps, please refer to this bolg Connect to Cassandra as an ODBC Data Source.
If you want to refrsh the dataset in Power BI service, you should add the data source in data gateway in Power BI Service.
And then set the schedule refresh under Settings>>Datasets>>Schedule refresh.
If you still need help, please feel free to ask.

Cherry
