Table schema doesn't match schema in powerquery

Hi all,

For some reason, all of a sudden the table schema in PowerBi no longer matches what is in PowerQuery.

I have tried a full data refresh, cleared the cache, but still some columns are coming through which I have removed or renamed in PowerQuery through transformation. I have been taking copies of the PBIX as I have been working and rolling back to a version taken several days ago doesn't have this issue. I really don't want to roll back though.
