Splitting percentage visual like lipstick charts with less parameters

Hi Experts,

I dont know how to define my query.

I have 3 dax measure which will give the results of some percentage values as below:

dinesharivalaga_0-1717055836203.png

But this is 100% stacked chart but summing up all the values will be more than 100%.

Generally the scenario is : In 100% , 6.6% is planned , remaining 93.3% is yet to plan.

In 6.6% planned , 4.8% is completed.

I want to display 93.3% as separate and 4.85% should come inside 6.6% , so that 100% will fulfill.

All the Power bi graphs has a axis parameters , but here in my scenario nothing there, just 3 measures.

Please help to achieve this in any other logic as well.

Thanks

DK

what do you call the planned but not completed category? Instead of showing 6.6% planned you should show 6.6%-4.8% as "planned not completed"  together with the 4.8% planned and 93.4% yet to plan.
