Sorry, the data source for this data connection isn't registered for Power BI.

I have an Cloud O365 Site where I have loaded an excel file into Power BI. I am trying to schedule a refresh of the data but it says that the data scource has not been set up in the admin center. (see message below)

 

"OnPremise error: Sorry, the data source for this data connection isn't registered for Power BI. Ask your Power BI admin to register the data source in the Power BI admin center. Correlation ID: 2a432408-95dc-4353-bce2-7f2be3519efa"

 

When I click on Power BI Admin center..

 

I get the following meassage

 

"You are not authorized to access this site. Please login as a different user or contact your administrator"

 

How do I get access to the admin center (who is the Admin user) or how can I schedule the refresh.

    You'll have to figure out who the admin user is as power bi administrators are allocated via the Power BI Admin center in O365. Whoever setup your O365 system would be a good place to start or whoever initially created your Power BI site.
