Single File to connect to more then one data source: Is it possible?

Hello everyone!

I just got into the world of Power BI and I think I have a difficult task. I need to find a way to connect more than one dataset to only one Power BI file. I searched a lot, but couldn't find something like this. There is a post wich answer this, but after looking into the correct answer, it's not what I want.

Here's the forum link to the topic:

I literaly need a single file of Power BI to connect to more than one client data source. Anybody know if it's possible?

Hi @gustavoKrawczyk,

Yes, with Power BI Desktop, you can connect to many different types of data sources within a single Power BI file, then shape the data to meet your needs. For more details, please refer to the following articles.Smiley Happy

Yes. It is possible. You can connect any no. of data sources in powerbi in a singles file. This is actually the concept of the Business Intelligence where you can connect to different data sources and create your data model.

Thanks & Regards,
