Shift Down all the columns in a table dynamically

    You can use Table.UnpivotOtherColumns for this.
    Select the first four columns of your table.

     

    On the 'Transform' ribbon choose 'Unpivot Columns' / 'Unpivot Other Columns'.

    Delete the created 'Attribute' column.
