Sharing sync'd queries amongst reports

Sounds like you want Dataflows.

In the Service, select a workspace you want to add a dataflow to, then go to the 'New' button and select Dataflow:

You'll get a load of options for sources, but these are essentially the same as 'Get Data' sources in Desktop. Once you're in, just think of your Dataflows as 'Power Query Online'.

You can access your dataflows from Desktop by going to New Source > Power Platform > PBI Dataflows:

There are three common ways to share queries:

1.Copy / Paste
2.Copy the M code

3.Creating a Power BI Template (.pbit) to share with other users.
