SharePoint.Files "Token refresh timed out" since late May 2026 - fix inside

Thanks for posting this. The most valuable part is the diagnostic process—testing the actual load behavior rather than relying on Power Query previews. If others run into "Token refresh timed out" with SharePoint.Files, disabling Enable fast data load is definitely worth trying before rewriting queries or reconnecting accounts. Nice catch and hopefully it saves others a lot of troubleshooting time.
