Set up alert for temperature above 30% to your mail

Hi Team

I have field from the table in my Table in power bi, i want to set an alert on my dashboard using either card or gauge. How do i go about using this scenario? meaning in powerbi as to say set an alert to a user if temperature is above 30% celcious as an email? Do i do iteration function like MAX(.sum(table_name.) or Conditional function like IF temperature is 30% then do.... or else below do this...... Kindly please assist as i want to implement such to my power bi dataset, an example will be appreciated thanks team.

You wouldn't want to use SUM... there is no point in summing tempatures.

What you probably want is to show the tempature at the latest time point.

Something like:

temperatureLatest = SELECTCOLUMNS(TOPN(1,[TemperatureTable], [DateTime],DESC), "Temperature", [Temperature])
