ServiceNow Integration Content Pack - Live Data

I am afraid that you are not able to get the live data through ServiceNow content pack. This content pack includes your recently resolved and recently closed incidents, the data contains in it may not be up-to-date comparing to the data in ServiceNow.
In your scenario, you can transfer the data from ServiceNow to SQL Server database and establish a direct link between ServiceNow and SQL Server to get latest data, then connect to the SQL Server database from Power BI Desktop. In Power BI Desktop, you can create your own reports.
In addition, you can vote the idea that add a ServiceNow connector in Power BI Desktop.

- Anonymous, thanks for your reply. Is there any documentation available explaining what do we really get for example, 30 or 60 days data and when it refresh as per the schedule what does it bring?

Thanks. Do we know how many days of data is being returned from the content pack? 30 day or 60 days?
