Send multiple pages of the same report in a subscription

Is there a way to "combine" or stack pages of the same report that have the same semanticmodels? My end goal is to send them all in one subscription email. If there is another way to do that i would be open to that as well.

I have tried pinning them to another dashboard, but the resulting subscription email is too small to be of any use and it only shows the top most report page. I would like the email to have the images as they do when there is a singlaur report image being sent.

Hi @jesualli ,

Power BI now supports dynamic per-recipient subscriptions, which allow you to send customized views of a report to different recipients based on filters defined in a semantic model.

You’ll need two semantic models:

One for the report data, one for recipient mapping, including email addresses and filter values.

You can define filters per recipient, attach full reports, and schedule delivery.

This method is ideal for sending multiple filtered views of the same report to different users in one go.

Hope this helps!

Create a second report that only contains the pages you want to send. Use that for the subscription.

WARNING: Subscriptions will re-render ALL the pages in the report FOR EACH RECIPIENT.  Collossal waste of CUs.
