1. This is possible. You can create a custom connector to connect to data sources that Power BI Desktop may not yet support. This approach allows you to use your own logic and has multiple credential options such as Windows, basic, API Key and database authentication.
However, this method has a longer and more difficult learning curve.
2. You can ask the website developer if there is an API available, which is the recommended method.
3. Finally there is another way to export this data regularly with the help of Python and some libraries and then import it into PowerBI.
