Scheduling auto export of data?

I apologize if there have been multiple people asking about this. I have been searching for quite some time and couldn't actually find anything exactly as this covered. 

Is there any update on when we may be able to schedule auto exports of data? Power BI is the most amazing data tool I've used in quite sometime and makes my life of data collection a million times easier for my busiesss... but... if I can't schedule an auto export of data, then it's basically useless for my companies needs. I understand the flexibility in being able to manually collect data and change that data on the fly to create a specific report, but this tool is so so powerful for data collection as a whole, that not being able to auto export seems crazy to me? Also, are there any future plans to allow an export of other data types such as JSON?

Anyway, just looking for some feedback on this because this tool is everything I have ever wanted but it's missing one core component for my business.

Hi @modrn,

Based on my research, export data can't be schedule automatically currently. You can vote on this same idea: Auto/Scheduled export of data. Besides, we can only export data to CSV or Excel, JSON file isn't available. You can post a idea here.

To workaround the issue, you can try the subscribe to get update data with report automatically: Subscribe to a Power BI report or dashboard.
