Scatter chart data label Power BI

Hi, everyone!

I am using a scatter chart and want to show the data label of bubbles but I think there isn't any feature named "Data labels" like excel how can I show the data label in a Power BI Scatter chart? Is anybody know about it?

but this document is too old. Maybe Power BI announce some tactics for it
