SUBTOTALS ERRORS

The screenshot you provided is blurry so that I could not see it clearly.

But if the subtotal is not your expected result , in most cases, it's caused by the model relationships or the measure you created.

If you are still confused about it, please provide me with more details about your table or share me with your pbix file after removing sensitive data.
