SSL Certificate Issue - can I ignore it?

I am trying to connect to a server on my home network.  It is HTTPS and there is some problem with the certificate.  However I know it is safe and I want to connect to it with Power BI.   I get thi...

    Hi Matt,

     

    Try this:

     

    Clear the Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) state. To do this, follow these steps:

    1. In Internet Explorer, click Tools, and then click Internet Options.
    2. Click the Content tab, and then click Clear SSL state.

    Or 

     

    You can ignore the certificate issue and it will let you connect to the PowerBI.com

How do you ignore it? It doesn't allow to ignore the SSL error.  I cleared the SSL State and didn't solve the issue
