Register nowThe Power BI DataViz World Championships are on! With four chances to enter, you could win a spot in the LIVE Grand Finale in Las Vegas. Show off your skills.
In SPO lists or document libaries you can edit the properties on an item and enter notes. Multiple notes can be entered over time.
When I look at the data brought back by PowerBI it only shows the most recent note in the Notes1 field.
Is there a way to get the full notes history, is it a child table I need to expand somewhere?
Thanks!
Based on my test, the built-in SharePoint connectors in Power BI Desktop don't contain the full notes history, as your post, it is possible to show the most recent note.
To show the full history of an item, please check these workarounds which are discussed in the similar thread below.
