SAP BW with On-premise Data Gateway Connection Error

Anonymous ,

Which machine do you install on-premises gateway? Are you able to access SAP data source from the gateway machine? You can install SAP client in the gateway machine to test the connection.

In addition, what is your gateway version?

    I install the on-premise gateway on my laptop and I can access the SAP data source.

    I have the SAP client, SAP Connector for Microsoft .NET 3.0 on my laptop too.

    The connection between SAP BW and Power BI desktop works fine.

    My on-premise gateway in version 3000.0.265

      Please export gateway log following the guide in this article.
