Run M script outside of Power Query

Hi there. I have an M script I built using Power BI and I wanted to know if I could run it outside of Power Query. I have pasted the script in Visual Studio and it works there. I was wondering...

As searched, the Azure Machine Learning Studio supports Python or R,

To use M script for Azure Machine Learning, you could create a dataflow in Power BI Service, use the advanced editor there,

Then integrate Azure machine learning with Power BI.
