I've created a dashboard with several row based security profiles created and on my desktop and online it's perfect, even when I view as Role on the desktop all appears fine. However, my regional managers keeps getting "Can't Display the Visual" errors for all supporting data behind the tiles. I can't replicate this issue at all, so I don't know how to fix it.
Does anyone know about this problem and a solution?

1. Check if the Apply security filter in both directions is enabled in the relationships.
2. Please test as the manager account in the Power BI service follow this: Validating the role within the Power BI service.
3. As the dataset has RLS roles defined, please make sure the manager is a member of one role.
4. If issue persists, please share some sample data and the role you defined, so we can try to reproduce it on our side.
