Required license for PowerApps Custom Visual for PowerBI
What powerapps licenses are required if you want to use the powerapps custom visual within PowerBI.
Do you need 1 $40 dollar monthly license for sharing the powerapp en do all end users need a $7 dollar monthly license for viewing on top of the required PowerBI Pro licenses (in case no O365 licenses are in place yet)?

On Power BI side, both dashboard/report owner and the users you share dashboard/report with should have Power BI pro license.

I mean that if i have power bi pro license, can i use the power app in power bi on the same license??
i couldnt realy understand it from the article
