Replace values with Power Query
Is it possible to replace values in a table with values from another table by id?
Hi yevhen_87
Yes, it is possible to replace values in a table by id, by doing following steps:Load two tables and add it in power query editor . Select Table1 on the left and the ID column.Select Table2 on the right and the ID column.Choose Left Outer Join (keeps all rows from Table1).After merging, you'll see a new column with Table2. Click the expand icon. Uncheck everything except NewValue. Remove the original Value1 column. Rename the NewValue column to Value1.Click Close & Apply to return to Power BI.
By doing the above steps you can be able to replace vales from diffrent table.
