Replace onedrive new datafile or not when refreshing

Hi,

I am confused about refreshing by onedrive in power bi.

Now i have created a report by using several dataset files though Get data > Web > [dataset path copied by file detail] and uploaded like this seperately. I need to update and refresh daily. So i have also set the incremental refresh. 

My question is:

1. Since I uploaded the data by onedrive link, in the furture how can I upload and refresh the new data? Do I just delete the old one and upload the new one in the same folder (keep the file name same and all the format same inside the file)?

2. Since I uploaded the data by each files, it looks like it would be better if i connect with the onedrive folder not the exact file? If so I ahve tried to change the path of the dataset from file to folder, but when I wanna connect with my microsoft account it failed:  ''We couldn't authenticate with the credentials provided. Please try again - Using right credentials'' 

3. If I connect the data by files, will it be better and more efficient for future refresh? If in this way, is it like I donot need to delete any old files and donot need to keep the same name, just add new files in the same folder and it will recognize automatically?
