Anonymous Really need more information but in theory you could simply point to the new spreadsheet in each of the queries and remove the columns that are not in each of the current queries.

Thank you Greg for pointing me in the right direction your mentoined approach worked.
but when I am changing the power query with required columns still all the columns are coming into the data model. I had to remove them from choose columns option.
Is this by design?
