Removing Duplicates not working

Hi all, 

I've had a look at other threads but I'm still having issues with duplicates remaining in my data after "Removing Duplicates" in PowerQuery editor. I've tried:

• Removing blank Spaces
• Capatalising everything
• Replace Using Special Characters

But still, my lookupvalue fails due to muliple values. When I export the data into excel and highlight duplicates, I can see the values causing issues:

Any ideas on what to try next? I can filter them out manually and then everything works so they are definitely causing the issues.
