Remove only few first blank rows using power query

Hi Gurus, I have data ordered by the latest to older.  I have a column where I only want to remove the first few blank rows.  Not all the rows that are blank because I want to perform a "fill down" ...

Thank you Mallorca, you are legend!

I made it work by going into Advanced Editor and use Table.Skip.  However, do you know if there is button made for this Table.Skip fuction?
