Refreshment gateway Power BI

I am trying to refresh a Power BI source in the gateway which is a cube (analysis services). To connect to the on-premises gatewayserver I use a personal account, which is not perfect because when I am forced to change my password (domain user) the data sources in the gateway are not refreshed. So I tried to use an unpersonal (domain) account and - as with the personal account - I replaced the 'Effective usernames' with the domain user. With the personal account user everything gets refreshed but with the unpersonal username I get an error.  Anyone got an dea? Thank's in advance!

Could you please post the full error message you get?

In your scenario, do you use the unpersonal account to connect to SSAS when adding SSAS data source within gateway? And do you use the personal account to sign in Power BI Service and run the report? Please post the screenshot about that how you map user name, do mask sensitive data before uploading screenshot.
